- For Full Container Load (FCL), Minimum order is to be valued min.
USD 5,000.00; however min. 20" container (28 m3) is the most
recommended. For Less Container Load (LCL), Minimum order is to be
valued min. USD 2000.00; there will be an extra charge 25% for
handling.
- Maximum
contents of different articles are 5 - 7 products for 20 feet
container; maximum 10 items per order and at least 5 pieces products
per item for LCL.
- Price is based on FOB - Jakarta port and for
full container load (FCL) only. For Less Container Load (LCL) there
will be an extra charge 25% for handling.
- Time of delivery is 4
- 7 weeks after receipt of order, depending on the condition of our
production. Delay in delivery time however does not authorize the
customer to refuse the container nor to demand a penalty.
- Payment methods.
A. Fully covered by irrevocable AT SIGHT L/C or
B.
30% down payment after purchase order is received and full final
payment is received BEFORE the container leaves the port of Indonesia.

our FOB price has included packing materials. Our packaging is good for
warehouse inventory and palette shipping. We use double wall corrugated
carton box without any corner protection. Any special packing and
protection will incur additional costs.
- Claim:
- Any Claims must be notified within 10 days after the arrival of the Container in customer's hand.
- Documentation such as photos for any claim shall be provided by the buyer.
- We would accept the claim if defects can be proven, and we replace the
claim in the following container or order. No Cash Refund.
- We should be notified immediately (within 3 x 24 hours) if customers
suspect any missing items in a shipment. If the customer neglects to do
so, any claims related the missing items will be lost.
